90 Day Fiance is a fitness program that was created by fitness model, actress and vocalist Angela Weiss. She is known for her role as Ariel in the hit movie ”The Little Mermaid”. Weiss has come a long way from her early days as a skinny, obese and embarrassing teen to an impressive and admirable woman and public speaker.
There are lots of fitness programs out there. Some of them really do work. However, most of them will just leave you wanting more. When it comes to programs such as this, 90 Day Fiance is the only one I would recommend. I have personally tried several other similar fitness programs and while they all had some positive effects, I was never able to find the true motivation behind their creation and execution.
It is common for fitness program reviews to tout the benefits of losing weight while also stating the negatives of not being able to maintain the lost weight. This is not always the case with this program. Weiss promises to provide you with a fast way to burn fat and reverse your aging process. In my opinion, this is the only benefit of this program. The rest is just useless hype.
My biggest issue with this fitness program is that there are so many exercises included in the package. There is no way you can get your hands on just one high impact exercise. There are tons of strength training exercises and cardiovascular workouts included in this program, but not enough to really see any kind of significant weight loss. I guess it is just easier to purchase several different programs and do them together in the hopes that you will lose weight. You just can’t expect to buy this 90-day program and expect to lose weight that quickly. If you follow the instructions of the exercises and do them correctly, then you should see some significant weight loss.
My biggest beef with this program is that the author, Karen Smith, has been a personal trainer for over twenty years and didn’t get into shape until the last few years. It makes me wonder if she even knows what she is doing since most people don’t become professional trainers until their later years. This leads me to my next point, which is that these fitness exercises and workout routines are not designed for long term use, but are designed for quick results only.
If you are looking for a fitness program that has both short term results and long term goals, then this program is not right for you. However, if you are looking for a fitness program that will help you achieve those short term goals, then this program is definitely worth checking out. For a small price, you can get a complete guide to eating healthy and losing weight. Check out the reviews on this program and you will soon realize why so many people are so mad that this program doesn’t work!
